Jay’s experience includes more than 22 years in healthcare strategic consulting where he led Midwest Healthcare Practices for both BCG and Bain. As a strategy consultant, Jay’s functional expertise was in salesforce effectiveness, marketing, and channel management (including distribution). For the past 5 years, Jay served as President and CEO of a Private Equity-owned medical product distribution business. In that role he rebuilt the leadership team, captained relationships with the largest IDN customers, and led the business to a successful exit in the fall of 2019.
